Scheduled warranty service that was estimated to take 1 hour. After waiting 3 hours, I questioned how much longer. I was immediately handed the keys and offered an apology given an excuse they were busy and they were having issues with the warranty on whether there was a deductible. While waiting I received NO updates. There is no excuse making me wait while they waited to find out if there was a deductible. They could have let me leave and called us later to discuss any issues or additional costs. I think I was VERY patient with them and after finding out the reason for the delay was inexcusable.
