Scheduled warranty service that was estimated to take 1 hour. After waiting 3 hours, I questioned how much longer. I was immediately handed the keys and offered an apology given an excuse they were busy and they were having issues with the warranty on whether there was a deductible. While waiting I received NO updates. There is no excuse making me wait while they waited to find out if there was a deductible. They could have let me leave and called us later to discuss any issues or additional costs. I think I was VERY patient with them and after finding out the reason for the delay was inexcusable.

This was a 45000-mile transmission service. The service was performed, a test drive to ensure operation was performed and a general inspection of systems and fluid levels was conducted. Low cooling fluid was discovered and fluid added.

My transmission went out on my Acadia and the service team went above and beyond to get me in a loaner as fast as they could. They kept me up-to-date on the status of the replacement. And thanks to the lifetime powertrain warranty. I was able to get a new transmission so that I could keep my current car for several more years! They are always fast and extremely friendly!
